WE are AFDT, American Freeze Dried Treats.

We are a family owned business located in Southern Illinois, with a IDPH approved Commercial Kitchen that specializes in many different freeze dried treats. We are in accordance with FDA and IDPH for all of our handling and packaging. We are also approved to ship to all 50 states.

We started out by freeze drying our own fruits and vegetables from our family farm and garden. Soon after, we discovered the possibilities with all the different treats. We started doing local farmers markets and vendor fairs and realized that there is a large market for the freeze dried sweet treats!
